This is just a sweetly plotted and nicely written unlikely romance that despite some shortcomings in baseball language and scenarios comes across as fairly credible.Read the blurb and get all the information you need to decide if this one's for you. I had only a couple of quibbles, one of which was in the POV context. In some of Kellan's chapters there was too much interchanging of Brady Donovan's name--especially when they became involved with each other. Sometimes Kellan referred to him as Brady; other times Donovan, in the same chapter. A bit weird but not off-putting.This is a cute book with some endearing side characters including Brady's very special autistic brother Ricky. I am not sure I am going to be interested in the sequel which is supposed to involve two supposedly straight teammates on the same team, but we shall see.Meanwhile, enjoy this one.
